the entire exchange process can be divided into 3 stages:

1. Request. You create an exchange request, filling in the details of your wallet to receive funds as a result of the exchange, current email address, and the desired amount of exchange. After creating the request, you will receive a letter to the specified mail containing a permanent link to this exchange.

2. Sending funds. At this stage, you receive the details for sending funds. As soon as we receive your funds in full, you will get a letter with notification. For Bitcoin transactions we require 3 network confirmations. Remember that payments through the Perfect Money system may be periodically delayed by the Perfect Money security system for manual verification, therefore funds may be delayed (this also applies to outgoing transactions).

3. Rate confirmation. As soon as your funds have arrived, you will have access to the rate fixing window, where you need to click the “Make an exchange” button to complete the exchange, or “Refund” to return the funds. The rate is updated in real-time, you don't need to reload the page. Once you have confirmed the rate, funds will be sent within 5 minutes. A letter with the details of sending will also come to your mail.

If you want to return the funds, they will be returned to you in the form of a Cryptex code, which can be activated instantly and without fee on the cryptex.net trading account, and then withdraw to the desired details. This will require registration.
