Is it possible to accelerate the transaction not by bitcoin, but by another coin using the ShA-256 algorithm?

I sent coins from one stock exchange to another - for two days now 0/20 confirmations
Can someone encounter this situation?

Submitted both, however the sender of the first transaction made a serious blunder, the fee is too small. You should seriously consider using the paid service.

Do you mean the "018ade..." tx has the very low fee?  How much is the paid service?

.005 for a transaction the size of yours.

Only one of these is mine, but am I correct to assume that the other must confirm before mine willt?  Is this why it is .005? The bitcoin from tx "4079a7c...." is mine.  I have no idea who owns the bitcoin from tx "018ade..."
