I recommend ETH to my full extent. Its price is gonna break out. should reach $500 soon.

I mine LUX, because nethash is very low so i can make about 420$/month, while ETH would only give me 270$
Plus as LUX is also POS coin, i do get extra 20$ per month just for stacking.

So many profitable coins, these also depends on your hardware.

AMD = Ethash, cryptonite

Nvidia = Lyra2, Skein

Nvidia obviously cost more to purchase but are far more user friendly than AMD

There are web sites opened for this. It does not make much sense to me to think of constantly mining a different coin. It may be more logical to make a decision on a coin and its mining.

It also depend upon mining difficulty. Sometimes it is more profitable to mine one coin, but another time- the second coin.

How much would your electric bill be if you mine 24/7 using your GPU to mine ETH or ETC or which ever?
I plan to mine MNX but I'm still not ready if I would be paying enormous amount for the energy if lets say I will be paying $0.004 per kilowatt? Is this going to be worth?

If you want to make mining, I think that your best option is Zencash and Ethereum. I'm sure Zencash will be 100 dollar and Ethereum will be 2,000 dollar.

You can never be sure what the future will bring, but the most promising one for the time being is Ethereum for sure. I'm sticking with it for now and I'm certainly a guy who doesn't want to take huge risks.

bitcoin gold, ethereum, zcash are some good ones to keep an eye on.  Surfing on google or whattomine can help to guide you as well.  Ethereum seems to be gaining popularity again but it always changes so you have to keep looking.

With your rx470 and rx580 (most of my GPUs are also Rx580), I think the good options are: ETH -> XMR -> BTG (gold) -> DCR.

ETH is a good choice but you can also consider Monero to mine with altcoins. But if you like to get best results of your mining, focus only on a one coin. Study the market of the coin you are interested in and if you think it is really worth to have, that will give you profits in the future. ETH is starting to raise again this week and it will keep on going forward...

I look at new altcoins, that are easy to mine. Ofc not something like bitcoinmini, where there is no development at all an coin is condemned to die. I usually do research before i get my rig working. However i do not mine all these top coins as i believe it is obsolete thing. I rather exchange easy minted coins to those that has big potential.

Now in the trend of mining the ETH, why do not you try in this area. Very long-term coin and promising for future mining.
