Can ETH Touch 500$ in new year?

it can happen for ethereum, look at the bitcoin prices and I also see the altcoin prices goes up for now, maybe ethereum will be able to reach $ 500 this year ... and in next year I think ethereum will be even higher. as more and more tokens are also based on erc20. the increased use of ethereum makes the price also higher. and also ethereum including one of the best altcoin I think..

I was very very sure until yesterday but I’m not now as I’m seeing that Ethereum has again started the drama of moving around the single price which it did the whole year when it was around the $300. Now it stands at the rates of 450/ETH but no use because it is still there and it could have moved ahead of the $500 already and more than 800 USD after the year end. Yes, that what I was thinking about it and things are now going other way round. I already did buy many Ether coins but it seems that people are somehow putting the investment into bitcoin after seeing that the bitcoin has crossed over 9K mark today morning. This is so cool about the bitcoin but anyway as we speak about the ether prices here I’m now ambiguous whether the money will come back into ether to now. IF it does then how much time it will take we can’t tell that surely and may wanna see it by all ourselves in first place.

After bitcoin hits 10k in the next two weeks then pulls back, ETH will go to 670 in the end of Dec. then pull back to 380 then run next year to 1000 probably in Feb. So says I.

The actual price is almost near to 500$. So yes I believe Ethereum can hit this level in the new year and maybe even surpass it. Lastly the price increased highly and it keep rising every week almost , and also so many investors start buying big amounts of Eth because they need it for trading tokens and investing in ICOs.

Possibly. Actually, it's achievable. Or maybe more than that, because only few bucks away to reach that price. So reaching that price is easy. Right now, it's slowly climbing up and the volume seems fine even though Bitcoin is sucking most of the volume from altcoin market. I think it's just a matter of week before Ethereum reach that price. Sad to say i have not buy some when it's still cheap. Now, i just have to wait more. I hope it drops a bit, so i can make an entry.

I predict Ethereum may reach $550-$630 by the year end.

I totally agree, over $500 is not so much impossible. Maybe at the middle of 2018 it can go up to $10,000, that is why we also really need to value ETH because starting today, let's expect a higher price day by day of ETH, no doubt!
