Hi everyone, So i am developing a website based around crypto currency gambling. I dont want it to be just "another" review website but a community based portal based on users, engagement & more.

Here are my current plans for the portal.

1. A single page CMS website with access to all content from the single page. fully responsive for desktop & mobile. The idea of this is that everything will be just a single click away making it user friendly.
2. Game catagories for finding "types" of games (Dice, Casinos, Lottery etc).
3. Details of games (pro fair, edge, bonuses, summary, gallery etc).
4. System based on up votes & down votes on games so users can see whats popular & whats not. The idea behind this is to have a live reflection on current trending games.
5. Community Troll Box/Chat.
6. Dedicated Notice board where users can post alerts, news, tips instantly for other users or discuss more detailed information. (not a full forum just a simple board to post information or questions or rant about a loss)
7. No registration required throughout the website (optional).
8. Advert free.
9. Game requirements. Any game listed on the websites has to be 100% prov fair.
10. Submission system where users can submit new sites they found.
11. Free Faucet.
12. Device Rotation compatible.
13. Bookmark & Homescreen icon (for mobile).
14. Newsletter (optional).
15. The website will be SSL secured.
16. The website will be free, the website will use affiliate links via the games to cover server costs. Any profits are to be spent on advertising or community giveaways (im not in this for the money).
17. User Review section for games.

The above points are just the basis of the portal. I would really love to get some further ideas to build on this, perhaps expand the voting system more & find more ways for engagement. what would you guys like to see? Any improvements? Ideas? Feedback? Features?

Would appreciate any comments on this project.

It`s a decent(not revolutionary, but good) idea, but every website needs traffic in order to be alive.
You will need an advertising budget to promote the site across social media and forums.
Do you have any design/programming skills?Do you have hosting and domain?
I`m sure that there are other websites/blogs that review cryptocurrency gambling games, you have to stand out from the crowd and create someting different.I`m not sure that the affiliate/referral revenue will cover your hosting/advertising costs.

Hi

Advertising & skills are no problem i have been in the gambling industry for 14 years developing Casino Games for the facebook, iOS & Android platforms.

Skilled in Actionscript, Unity (C#), HTML/CSS, Javascript, JQuery, Ajax, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB.
Server i will use a DigitalOcean droplet (OS Debian GNU/Linux) since i have experience using it on past developments.

Advertising i have used everything from Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bidvertiser, SEO. Previous budgets i've managed are upto $100,000 so i have vast experience in marketing.

Finance is no problem i'm quite happy to finance everything untill its paying for itself. One of the games i own has over 300,000 installs worldwide with a $1,000,000 turnover since launch. Im fortunate now to be able to start a new project without any time/financial limitations.

As a gambler myself i could not find a community website that is dedicated to crypto gambling and the ones i have found are just quick buck affiliate link sites with no engaging content to keep me coming back hence why this idea came to mind. A true portal where i can visit games, discuss, review & a general hangout spot for people like myself.

The affiliate aspect i need to look into detail obviously i dont want to fund it myself forever it will need to pay for itself longterm. Is there a reason you believe affiliate links wont be enough? I'm hesitant in using ads & memberships for revenue as it narrows the userbase hugely & the idea of a public ad free/sign up free portal is the aim.

An option could be affiliate, donations, sponors on the faucet.

That's good to hear.Must admit you will end up putting a lot of money and efforts to market the website rather developing it.

That is not that important at the moment.

I'm interested to know how it will turn out to be ,if you need support for any technical jobs like deploying, managing, maintaining the website,I will be happy to help. Smiley

Thanks for the feedback Patatas.

I think for a CMS the programming language wont matter so much and will scale fine, for anything peer to peer node will do fine.

I don't plan to release any games myself for this product only content. My company has developed a multiplayer poker engine, slots, roulette, video poker, omaha holdem but it was built for social gaming we spent 10 years developing the software and i don't fancy redeveloping the code for blockchain, We are already spending too much time updating the code for continual platform changes. I think if we recoded the engine to support blockchain the testing alone will recede my hair line by another 5 years lol

Advertising will always be high priority with any product i would like to reach out to casinos/gambling companies at some point for exclusive content otherwise the content would be the same as many other sites. Networking will be a key factor. I definatley will need to create enough traffic that will get the companies attention.

I have visited your site in the past you have marketed it very well i would love to see your affiliate analytics for some market research regarding the affiliate side Smiley

It's much appreciated for your comments! thank you.
