I am having a problem with MtGox. When they went down for a week, I had maybe 500 bitcoins and no cash. When I logged on after having "recovered" my account, someone else had been in there, selling bitcoins and withdrawing as much cash and bitcoins as the limits would allow. I changed my password, to another very long and strong one, and send an e-mail to info@mtgox.com asking for help. Then, I log on the next morning and 100 more bitcoins and $1000 more cash have been removed. No response from MtGox.

Is there any way to get MtGox's attention? or will the rest of my account be cleaned out overnight tonight?

At least my wallet is fine. Hmmm.

So, it looks to me like someone can log on to my MtGox account besides me, even though I changed my password. I am annoyed. Any suggestions?  I could ask if anyone else is having this problem, but I expect that it would be big news if it was epidemic.

If this is true, and no one else has been using your computer, you may be infected with a keylogger that has given an attacker your password. Log in on a different computer and change it from there, and don't log in on your first computer (to any site that matters!) until you've cleaned it up.

Try opening a ticket on their support site:

You might also want to log onto the IRC channel #mtgox on Freenode.  MagicalTux is the guy who runs MtGox.  He always shows as logged in but if you hang around long enough you'll see him talking when he's actually paying attention to it.  He is usually pretty good about addressing issues if you ask him directly.

Also, last time I was there the room was set up such that you had to register your name in order to talk on the channel, so you may want to go ahead and do that.

I need help from someone at MtGox asap. my account has had the password changed and my email address password was also changed. I managed to get back into my email through the question and answer but I cant gain access to my MtGox account.
I have been trying to contact MtGox to freeze my account but they do not respond to me. Its is coming up to 24 hours again and I know I will be loosing $1000. every 24 hours they don't have my account frozen.
is there another way to contact them or get my account frozen?
