1.Delete all files located in %appdata%/CosmosCoin except the wallet.dat and CosmosCoin.conf
2.Open CosmosCoin-qt.exe and wait the download of the blockchain, check whether you still have the error or not

im on linux, so i just have to redownload the blockchain?

I have set pool fees to only 1%, 45 block confirms for fast payouts.
