for me actualy, if i lost at online casino for playing poker dice etc i just take arest for a while and ill deposit some more, nbut im not try to gain what i allready lost that kind of action ussualy make me lose than winning.

You should never gamble funds that you didn't plan to, because it will always get yourself into a situation where you lose funds you couldn't afford to.

If you are betting funds that is equal to your monthly salary, I would stop gambling at all.

Ypu can't avoid losing. It's a part of gambling that will always be there and for some people, is even more likely to happen. All you can do usdo if you really can't help it would be to exercise self control and avoid excessiveness and dragging your emotions into it. Be wise. Almost every gambler would've experienced both scenarios that you have mentioned. See bro you can't do gambling and not face the consequences that's part and parcel of gambling and that's what I personally live to gamble for, it's the thrill of winning a loosing bet and that few second excitement before the counter turns green and red and again green, the grief of loosing the money, oh boy it's all worth and I actually enjoy it a lot. I personally don't really have an addictive personality, but I can think of some things that might help prevent you from getting addicted though.
Always take enough long breaks from gambling if you feel that you are playing more than you should, I'm talking about a few weeks or months.

Make a budget before you start playing and hold yourself accountable. If you spend more than you intended, it's time to quit for a few days at least.
If you really can't control yourself, it's time to admit that you need professional help.

According to my experience, the first scenario will come very rarely in gambling but the second one you will experience it regularly.

If we can earn one month salary in one hour then why should we work for others?  it is all your luck that's it.

ever since I got into crypto I have been gambling with bitcoin litecoin and many other coins. I have lost a lot initially but over the time I recovered (luckily). I do gamble now too but now with a very low affordable amount I was addicted to it but now I just gamble occasionally just for fun.
I would suggest you if you want to get rid of this addiction get into crypto trading or something else where you can make some money too so that way it will help you to cut down your addiction towards gambling.
