Suggestions needed to grow the overall blockchain/crypto ecosystem in India.

The objective is simple: How to grow the overall ecosystem for blockchain/crpto.

From my understanding it could be achieved by
1) increasing the overall awareness about blockchain/crypto
2) increasing the number of people owning bitcoin/cypto currencies
3) increasing the use of bitcoin/crypto currencies

We are a group of blockchain passionate people are try to achieve this goal by
1) Creating an easy to use exchange to make it easy to buy bitcoin/crypto currencies for technical non-advanced people
2) Creating some kind of educational process/portal to increase the understanding of blockchain among people
3) In future make it easy for merchant and users to accept bitcoin/crypto currencies

We are looking for high quality suggestions on
1) What are the things missing in existing exchanges which makes it hard for a technically un-advanced user to buy/sell crypto currencies and how it could be improved?
2) What is the best ways to spread the awareness about blockchain?
3) Any other suggestion one might have to ultimately helping the ecosystem grow?

1. Easy mode for beginners? Like binary trading. That would ultimately lead unknowing people about bitcoin trading get some interest on making money, especially if they profit on their first few trades.
2. Advertisements and friendly infographic without any technical jargon on your ads. Infographics are proven effective in getting your word since most of the time viewers gets interested by just seeing a short portion of the said ad.
3. Just be consistent about promoting it and good things will come ahead of you guys. Best of luck.

Thanks for the suggestions.
1) We will allow binary options in future but not in the first couple of version of the product. As of now for sure the product would be simple enough to be understandable by beginners.
