三天之内，继正部级高官、中共中央宣传部原副部长鲁炜束手之后，十九届中央纪委“打虎”拿下辽宁省副省长刘强。11月23日14时，中央纪委监察部官网宣布，辽宁省副省长刘强涉嫌严重违纪，目前正接受组织审查。其简历显示，刘强在“煤都”抚顺任职21年多，从国企入仕，任辽宁副省长近五年。曾涉2011年辽宁省委常委选举，被辽宁省委原常委、政法委原书记苏宏章采用贿选手段“差额”掉。
