Does anyone do research on BlockEx ICO? Their telegram community is not active(mute).

BANKEX development team is still very low-key.
But BANKEX is a great project. You can see that AZURE, a subsidiary of Microsoft, has invested in this BANKEX, and ETH founder Vitalik Buterin also paid close attention to BANKEX. Is not this enough to prove BANKEX excellence?
