The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

Why are you guys even bothering to mine this coin ?
This is one of the worst approaches to a bitcoin fork I've ever seen in my life.
What kind of hard fork happens with zero hype, zero interest, nothing ?

I seriously knew about the hard fork after it was done by a few hours (not less than 12 hours) and I'm active daily with crypto stuff (on and off the forum).
If there's anything to say the least about BTCD is that it was NOT the right time to make this fork. Applying it in the mid of December could've been much better (marketing wise). At least we could've seen a few threads talking about it rather than this desert.

I just jumped into their site and it's not the best thing. They never said anything that caught my eye. Just "better" bitcoin (yeah right they all say that).
Who are the team members ? "We can't really tell you otherwise we can't escape whenever we want to".
What about premine ? I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere either.

It's just a total failure and $100 being its top price at launch means it will get to $30 range and stay there for a while. Just wait for it.

bitcoin diamond is a money grab scam, do not mine it.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

On Binance there was a huge swing on BCD recently. It pushed the $150 per coin marging and then it dropped back to $50's
It would be nice to get some free money. Honestly I do think it would be a good idea to HODL this for three or some months to see where it goes.

Very risky to buy. Price up down all the time. Just mine hold, sell, buy. Repeat. Profit.

This coin will explode.

Why do you think so? Got any inside information? Anything you are basing this?? Or just mere speculation?

the problem with bitcoin diamond is its current state does not provide the necessary development source code for users. therefore, expert is not supporting bitcoin diamond like they support bitcoin cash. BCD also has anonymous, and unproven development team, making it difficult to pledge support for at the current time. and  BCD is controlled by the anonymous "Bitcoin Diamond Foundation," about which very little is currently known.
so my suggestion is  think twice if you want  to mine bitcoin diamond.
