I really wish they would change the name, so hard to take the coin seriously. What does sumo have to do with being anonymous lol. Still invested in it that being said.

Isn't this a Monero knock off?  What was the purpose of the software fork and why did the devs decide to start another genesis block?

And how are they gonna be better than Monero?  I mean really...  Have the Sumo devs contributed to the Monero code base in the past?

Another fork for monero after Aeon, i dont even know why this coin is having a lot of forks lately, the price was very good, and it was one of the only coins that have been increasing during the last few weeks.

Why are now forking it? Sumokoin does not even seems to be a fair coin, it is like a meme, like doge is.

Anyway, i will see this thread in a near future, i really want to see how it is going to be on a near future, i had some moneros but i dumped them a few days before, so i missed the opportunity to receive those free coins i guess.

Premined 10%. It is huge premine! It is a problem for any long term holder. Maybe for quick speculations it is not big deal. But I don't see much potential here. Can you explain why is it better than XSPEC for example?

Some people are saying if this coin as the monero fork coin but this is not comparable with aeon. sumokoin looks very new in my personally. I didn't ever see it before.
It seems there will be a huge pump in the future. As per some people claim about this fork monero coin.

The premine is locked they can´t use it, and in future it will help them continue with the roadmap and invest in marketing, branding, exchange listing, etc.. just like Dash has big premine and now it´s 600$

The name it´s because it´s a japanese coin and the head dev is named Sumoshi Tanaka. I like the name...

Sumokoin is already 6 months old. It is a new coin like ZenCash. The popularity of this coin is growing as people are trying to find the new gem. As the top coins prices are already very high. I think the development of this coin is becoming more interesting. And i see that more people are mining this coin today...

Te difference to ZenCash is that the marketcap of Sumokoin is ultra low compared to ZenCash. I am long since 5k sat. Will hodl until 50k at least.

Sure, why not right?  It's another alt to trade in and out of to make some BTC profit.  But if you think Sumo will gain the same kind of success Monero has reached, then you're probably scamming yourself.

How can you say if Sumokoin's dev are brilliant or not  Until now, they did a really good job:

• Awesome GUI-Wallet
• CPU-Easy-Miner
• Adjusted Diff-Algo to make the coin Botnet-proof
• First part of subaddresses mergerd
• Second part of subaddresses with GUI will follow this year

That is quite a lot for a 6 month old coin. Just my 2 cents
