hi 1) do u know how settlement happen exactly on bitmex, on the 29 december, which process certify me that the price of future will be same as the index 2)how is the liquidation price of future calculated, is it risky and possiblet hat future price goes wild and liquidate me even if index shouldnt at all ?

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.
