yes you are right, ı dont understand this problem in bitcointalk also. You can not see a newbie as a potential scammer or someone who has no plan about cryptocurrency. There are also scammers here with  senior, legendery, hero ranks.

Hitting hard cap sounds good in theory but like that just increases the circulation of the coin and instead if they were burnt instead wont the circulation drop increasing the price
