Right now, there is no sign that any altcoins would match up to Bitcoin. But some altcoins have a good prospect like Neo, Ethereum, Waves, Litecoin and Iota. Who knows one of these may catch up sooner or later.

They can be but it will take years to take place of bitcoins. Most of the people around the world are in crypto market only because of bitcoins. There are many altcoins which can take place of bitcoin in future but at this time I don't think any altcoins can be compared with bitcoins.

The supporters of bitcoincash like Roger Ver and Jihan Wu is making a lot as in huge efforts to do that so it's the only coin that I see that can match bitcoin if ever they succeed.

Yes it is possible but it will take more time for altcoins to reach bitcoins value and it was nearly impossible because the growth of bitcoins is massive while the number one altcoin which is ethereum is very slow to grow its value.

If we talk about the value of Bitcoin and lightcoin, then I think that in the price category Bitcoin takes a leading position to date and will occupy the future too.

Other Alternative cryptocurrencies are being launched day in day out. Would these Altcoins be widely accepted as Bitcoins?

I really don't think that any alt coins can reach and match as widely as bitcoin is. As per value, it is comparable higher than any other coins. Time may be a factor, however, as that comes, btc will be a higher still. Grin

Right now it was very impossible for altcoins to reach the value of bitcoins. With the statistics in the market, It might take a lot of years for altcoins to reach the value of bitcoins so we altcoins is just alternative if you do not have enough capital to invest in bitcoins.

I doubt that there is any altcoin or token that can replace the bitcoin. At least not for the next 5-10 years. Bitcoin brings legitimacy to crypto currencies as a whole, especially since most people don't even know that other crypto currencies existed. Moreover, Bitcoin has been around for a long time and has proof that it can withstand through hard times and has a history of constant rise.

I do not think that there are those who alcony in popularity might surpass bitcoin. Recently, the founders of dash have said that wrestle with bitcoin but it is a little hard to believe. I assume that BTC will be more expensive 50 thousand in 2018. And that someone beat him it will be incredible

Many altcoins has been introduced in the market since then to be known like bitcoin but many did not succeed but there are some altcoins that are still existing and increasing its value. But I think there is no altcoin that can match up to bitcoin. Bitcoin has gone so far and altcoins will be having a hard time before they can reach what bitcoin has reached.

There are many cryptocoins in this crypto world but Bitcoin is the most successful cryptocurrency coin till now.
Altcoin is so successful but that couldn’t match up to Bitcoin till now. We need that crypto which will accept by the most people of whole world and Bitcoin is the most successful and will not be change it places very soon.

but nevertheless, each coin altcoin can be fixed for a certain amount of goods or be responsible for some functions or services by any represented team and company. Therefore, I believe that Bitcoin is very different from altcoin and in some cases its price is unreasonable.

It might. History tells us that usually, the first great invention in one field is not the last one to stand. Bitcoin has many problems, and it's possible another coin will fix the problem and climb to the top.

if you are looking on long term perspective i believe in my opinion and as my point of view
there will be some coin that can match up or surpass the Bitcoin in a long futures ahead because
sooner or later on if it comes on mainstream ( i mean many uses it and running on the world ) they will eventually needed to look for good system better than the bitcoin, in terms of processing etc. many altcoin surpass the bitcoin on that , and for me that will be the key factor of somewhere in future some altcoin might able to surpass the Bitcoin on Future one candidate i see is ETH and LTC.

Right Right away bitcoin’s showcase capital may be $295,581,425,408 Furthermore following expensive coin As far as showcase money will be Ethereum with market money from claiming $63,666,945,895. The Contrast is $231,914,479,508 thus those showcase money if a chance to be equivalent to more than bitcoin Furthermore at the moment, i don’t see At whatever elective in the advertise.

I think it's very difficult to remember that altcoin movements are heavily dependent on Bitcoin. when Bitcoin rises altcoin prices down then from that I think altcoin will never be able to compete with Bitcoin

YES and that's only if BITCOIN is not around anymore. There are lots of potential altcoins on queue to greatness and one it is ETH. A very promising altcoin that has a very great potential to be the successor of BITCOIN but since BITCOIN seems to be immortal that no other digital currency can match or surpass BITCOIN's feat.

I would say Ethereum growth is more than Bitcoin in recent days, but Bitcoin value is increased above the market expectation. To be specific, there's no altcoins matches with Bitcoin for another 5 to 10 years in value.
