MtGox account has been stolen!

I need a direct contact from MtGox asap if any1 could help me it would be much appreciated.
my password has been changed on my mtgox account and I am very worried that someone is taking my funds. I have been trying to contact MtGox through there support team for over 24hours now and I know that withdraws can be made at $1000 per 24 hours so now it could be $2000 gone.
I want my account to be frozen but theres no1 to alert quickly.

one thing bad about mtgox is their customer service, it is very poor as earlier suggested in this forum, try to contact magicaltuxx on irc chanel #mtgox best of luck  in resolving the issue

Anyone know when the MtGox Merchant Services will be up and running again?

Need to pay out some bitcoin ASAP and we're still locked down. Sent a couple email requests which basically went unanswered. Thought by now it would be back to normal, or something thereof!
