The future will definitely will be largely run on technology, and this will give cryptocurrencies and Blockchain tech more power to control and lead the financial market. Obviously for the past year or so the cryptocurrency have started getting more and more popular, and this lead to goverments starting to have actions for it, some have already ban using it because they can't control it and others just accepted it, the Blockchain technology allow us to use crypticurrencies without having to be controlled by banks or goverments, so for the next upcoming years if cryptocurrencies become more and more popular, goverments would have a big probelm, because people would be using it wthout being able to track down transactions and the floow of moeny in and out of the countru which could lead to it being used for the wrong resons.

I think no more than 10 year MAX, Fiat currency is failing and digital must replace it. Ethereum , NEO etc can create the new economic system via Tokens, a token economy is near.

It will take us to more years to celebrate with the digital currency having a huge increase of value on it. 50 years would be much improvement happend. Many innovation of platform would developed and also with the blockchain.

There might be improvements in it with time and definitely there will be. I think we are just entering into a new era. After a decade or two digital currency will be used in even micro payments and maybe by that time we will have no paper money.

Token economy is the future of economy, will happen sooner than you think and is probably fully developed at 2030.
Bitcoin , LTC etc are empty tokens, when I say token economy, I mean tokens with direct connection to real assets.

All I see right now is the government being more involved in blockchain technology by trying to regulate it and bring it completely under their control. The technology but will still be used, though it won't be decentralized anymore. This centralization will have its both pros and cons.

It is hard to predict what can digital currency can bring to our economy we need adaptation first so we can start just like those othe countries. But I am seeing bitcoin could lead us in a positive way, they were just having a hard time on how to regulate it.
