I would like to create a mining calculator myself for Excel, so that I can calculate a possible yield in advance. Since many new coins are not included in the calculators, that would be very helpful.

i have sha256, x11 and scrypt miner. in the ann at bitcointalk are actually all the key data needed for a calculation in it. or?

can someone give me a hint how such a calculation could look like?

Basically this is what you'd have to include:

I believe the first answer here describes the formula: https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/45811/how-do-i-calculate-expected-earnings-when-mining-a-cryptocurrency
Use this as well: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining
You'll most likely have to put some of these things in manually by looking at block explorers, which can be a little tedious since you'd have to look at block explorers all the time, but good luck.

Just Google for them - they'll be more accurate than your own.

e.g. https://www.nicehash.com/profitability-calculator

I think you are planning to create using macros with the VB. This seems nice idea but to have it published in the website means macros pages will not be look like no attractive and sometime passes the critical error.
Try to find the attractive web developer to create a page according to your wish and specs.
Please check the crypto compare site to find the whatever the coins you want to add it. You have the page source code as sample to create yours.

I think I was wrong. Suppose I want a coin mine that is new, and there is no mining calculator for this coin. How do I calculate my earnings based on my hashpower for this coin?
