You can get back your coins because all the token addresses are all ethereum addresses, but the problem is getting the exchange to send it back to you or credit it correctly on your account.

I assume you used Shapeshift on Exodus. Yes you will get your coins back you have nothing to worry about. Log a ticket. It might take a while, be patient.

so it's just disappear ? can we contact the admin then get our coins back, wow it's bad if you trade with huge amount of coins and you just put all you bitcoin there, then send to wrong address
