how to succeed with bit.coin?

I come from Indonesia.
I was the first time to use bit.coin, initially I do not know about bit.coin, but since I worked in a company in Indonesia, I was told about bit.coin by my friend, because many successful from bit.coin , by therefore I want to know more about bit.coin, and success because bit.coin like other people.
