Based on the success and free time that I have, I have decided to research the top 200 altcoins and release at least one analysis of them a day. Will release the results in this group (first 500 to join will get access to the premium group) Link below...

https://t.me/CookieCrypto

I have 12 Bitcoins. I am not a whale. I started about 6 months ago with 0.01 Bitcoins and $1000. I turned it into 12 Bitcoins so far and am pretty proud to say the least.

My question is, what do I do now?

As far as I can see, I have 4 options;

1) Hold the Bitcoin

2) Invest in altcoins and leave a little in Bitcoin

3) Fund a project and start my own cryptocurrency that solves a problem that current currencies face (scalability, Tx fees etc.). With the funds, I would be able to assemble a team, start a marketing campaign, get listed on exchanges etc. I am also a programmer which helps.

4) Convert it to fiat (probably the dumbest idea)

Edit: I should also add, I dropped out of school and have all the time in the world so can fully commit to any idea. I will earn my living of cryptocurrencies.

A few people have asked how I made my money so, if you are interested, here is a short summary:

Initially, I put it all into Bitcoin during the massive FUD of the fork around June when Bitcoin dipped to $1,900. Then I put half my money into NEO before all of the hype at around $12 and cashed out at $40. Then I invested in a couple ICO's and turned a pretty good profit of off the hype. After that, I got back in on NEO as soon as China announced the regulations regarding ICO's and rode the wave back from around $20 to $40 (I can't quite remember). Then, I rode the hype of Ethereum Dark, eBitcoin and a few other airdrop scams. Finally, I got in on Wincoin before it got to coinmarketcap and turned a 20x profit.

i hope you made enough profit during this one year. because the market raised really hard during that few months. the ones that could manage their portfolio well really earned so good moneys.

You should take that amount of investment into the Altcoins i believe you will benefit greatly from it. You can buy Ripple and ETH this very cheap moment.
What is your arguments when you recommending these two tools? ETH is still good, but ripple is the best way to lose your money.
I recommend to the author to leave half in bitcoins, and a half to split at least at 10 altcoins
Bitcoin and ETH must be more than 50% in your portfolio so you can be safe. The rest you can invest in many different altcoin and ICO if you want. ETH and BTC must always be at the top

I advise all participants to keep their bitcoins in order to get more profit in any case. You need to be ready for changes in the next stages of Bitcoin development. To do this, you must have Bitcoin in your wallet. Well - if the wallet 12 bitcoins.

It's not a Joke, it's a big investment, you have to keep the BTC and wait until the market is okay to invest in something, and keep a bit of bitcoin in your pocket, spend a fraction of your investment on different ICO projects or coins. It is better to diversify your portfolio. You can pay attention to currencies or other projects in other fields. So, you can be assured of profit.

I'd just sit and wait for the market to rise. Sell or transfer bitcoin does not see the point. Unless to get a quick profit

Small investments in good projects can also have their own benefits. But again, everyone's business. Nothing ventured, nothing gained

If you have 12 bitcoins, then you are very lucky person. You can invest your 2 bitcoin into etherium and invest in some altcoins like 2-3 bitcoin and can hold the rest of the bitcoins.

If you still have 12 bitcoins I suggest you to sell them for usd and buy dips later . I think market dump is not finished yet and we will see a further decreasing of market capitalization and btc price soon . The future is uncertain, so it would be better for you to be safe and sell your crypto while it is still worth good money

Wow! you have done such a thing!
In 2017 almost all top 10 coins in coinmarketcap have been multiplied and it wasn't very hard to make 1000$ into 10000$ , but having the same money in 2018 was and still is hard because 2018 was the bear run market!

I would hold these Bitcoins for a while. Because in 2018, Bitcoin was the most stable coins and I would also buy some more altcoins, because I have the feeling that the pump is near and we will see the green market pretty soon.
I hold Bitcoin for a long time because the coin is building the price and the amount of coins in Crypto.
by having a number of Bitcoin it would be very good with using it as an investment. because of the growing capabilities through investment Bitcoin is able to generate more profits that made it so precious coins. so highly recommended for investment.
so true. moreover if it is used as a long-term investment it will be very large profits that we will get, because bitcoin is the longer we hold it the greater the value too. therefore bitcoin investment is great for our future

You'd better keep at least half the bitcoins. And better keep more than half. Invest the remaining coins into several large altcoins. Just leave some coins in case the market falls further.

If I had 12 BTC, then I would prefer, of course, hodl. I believe that in the future bitcoin price will easily reach $100 000. But at the same time, I would prefer to exchange 25% of this amount for Ethereum. These are two coins behind which the future of cryptocurrencies will stand.

You can diversify your deposit and invest in a large number of unknown coins that can start to grow rapidly and accordingly you will increase your capital but you can invest for a long time in main coins which will bring you profit in long term  Grin

wow you really are a sultan who has 12 bitcoins, very interesting. honestly I also prefer holding bitcoin, but if you are interested in investing in altcoins, maybe you can redeem 40% of your BTC to altcoin. consider top 10 altcoins at CMC and do some research before you invest. hope that helps
