Which account are you talking about ? Either way,digital accounts are not a valid collateral as you can always change the password and get the accounts back.You can rather escrow the tokens and get the loan.Having said that,it's completely subjective to lenders weather they would accept your collateral or not.Use an escrow ,don't send first.
