Problems with Guiminer

Hello everyone!

any time i try to run the latest version i get this error
"guiminer.exe - Entry Point Not Found"

The procedure entry point wcscat_s could not be located in the dynamic link library ntdll.ll."

i've done some searching and haven't been able to find much.
i'm running Windows Vista.  if PC specs are needed let me know and ill post them

any help is much appreciated!
