Also, the person in the picture is not "Founder Mike Finley", but Genesis Mining CEO Marco Streng.

Yeah, well, I'm gonna go build my own blockchain. With blackjack and hookers! In fact forget the blockchain.

How did you come to the conclusion that this scam is run by genesis mining?

Yes there is a picture of the CEO of genesis mining on their site but they could have literally used anyone's photo. Now i'm not saying genesis mining is a good investment or whatever, their plans are probably not going to make you any money as a investment. But this isn't reason to say that they aren't trustworthy with your money or whatever.

Site looks fake af, and so are their "team". Avoid.

Hey, maybe we just made the whole shit up or watched the video on their site depicting Mike Finley aka Marco Streng selling his snake oil. You decide.

Further, the pictures of a supposed mining facility on the Bitcoin Cloud Services website contain no information about the mining facility or its owners besides a single banner hanging in the background. Compare to the photo below from Genesis Mining showing CEO Marco Streng in one of the company's mining farms.

Editor's Note: This photo of Genesis Mining CEO Marco Streng is provided courtesy of Genesis Mining and provided for comparison and reference only. Genesis Mining is not connected to Bitcoin Cloud Services in any way.

I'd recommend anyone with a minute to go visit the UK company house page listed by the site, https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/10906737 as of this moment) and inquire into the legitimacy of their business filing.  Since the company and principals are changing like a baby's diapers, I'm sure they'd be happy to verify the owners and claims made in their business filing.

Anyone notice this similarity to the old scam BTV Flow? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lWj5vUvtuzQ

My experience with bitminers.io has made me very scared and wary about mining sites. The indications are similar in this respect. The contacts wouldn't go through and the photographs don't match the claims.

Thank you for this alert.

This website: thebitgoldmine.org, OP also made same mistake by naming the thread TheBitGoldMine since there's two domain.

Au contraire, they're shorting BitConnect's BCC on the Darknet, enabling them to ROI in 4 days, thus outta kindness of their heart, they're passing the windfall to its Investards.

Heck, they're exposing themselves on their site... Their 0.5 BTC plan literally promises ROI in 2 days and probably billions of percent per year in compound interest. Yet, right beneath that they say that the average mining profit per year is only 192%... Still ponzi figures but how are you going to pay 50% per day interest with 192% per year profits? I guess the scammers are really just bad at maths.

https://thebitgoldminescam.net

Since I lost money..i started website just for this..

How did you even fall for this? This is just like any of the other thousands of ponzi schemes. Nothing special at all about this one that would even suggest they are more deceptive.
