It is possible that Bitcoin will hit more than $25K USD at the end of 2018. During the time period, maybe two or three more Bitcoin's hard forks going to implement (maybe some Bitcoin platinum, titanium, millennium etc)

This is possible but it will take more years for this kind of increase to happen. Today bitcoin's reach $8k dollars and the predictions is already happening, It is not impossible for bitcoins to reach $10k dollars in this coming year 2018.

It's almost hit $10 000 already. This growth however is down to the enthusiasm of the population. If people stop caring about bitcoin then the price will stagnate and stop rising, but at this rate it will hit $25000 by the end of 2018. This is not definite however and I believe that the growth will slow down.

We do not know what is feeding this growth, so it is a bit early to predict how the price trend will influence the future. If this is purely speculators manipulating the market, then we are going to see some big corrections. If this is institutional capital flowing in, then the price trend might take us much higher than this.

I do not think that this rise is going to be so huge.

Looking at the price during this year which is increasing significantly, it looks like very possible to reach $25k at the end of 2018 but no one knows. It will depends on the markets and some other factors. We should see what will happen next year, many things may influence bitcoin price. We cant speculate or predict or even hope to see $25k, lets just wait and see.

Yeah it is not so much impossible, since today it is almost $9700 and at the end of this year I think it can goes up to $10,000 or maybe $11,000. Not so much impossible to reach $25,000 at the end of 2018. Though we all knew that the price may goes down again after new years eve, let's just hope it won't fall back again to $6000.

If we will based on the growth trend of Bitcoin for this year and if it will continue to grow till the end of next year, it is not impossible for Bitcoin to reach that price. In fact, it can be greater than that. So far, all of the speculations for Bitcoin price this year are true. Let's just hope that Bitcoin will continue to grow and many more countries will adapt it so that the price will pump more.

You can't assume that the price will rise at its current ratio until it reaches $25K. Hopefully we weill eventually get there, but probably not at this speed.

Hi there udayantha11! I think the $25k could be reached before the April next year only if the current price increase rate will be consistent. The price raises from 1k last January 2017 and we are seeing a 10k before this year end that concludes a 1,000% price increase. However, when the price raises slow like what happen in 2016-2017 which only increases 130% for the whole year, your target $25k is still attainable before the 2018 ends. This is just my expectation and I’m with you with the expectation to raise the price of bitcoin despite the frequent announcement of fork considering they become successful or not.

There is a lot of talk about bitcoin and crypto in general among the people that fully ignored it up to a few months ago.

Even ads are now targeting the sheep. I think this is the first wave of money from the start of mass adoption.
