POLONIEX EMC2 WITHDRAWAL

Hello! I have withdraw some EMC2 from POLONIEX TO BITTREX
It shows "COMPLETED" with TXID!

However, I didnt receive the EMC2 on destination and there is no information on the blockchain explorer!!!
So where is the coins now? No reply from Polo yet!
How long I need to wait? Its really bad!

There is TXID, so make me wondering where the coins is

If you have not received it and TX ID is not found in explore I think your coins have not been sent by poloniex
It usually takes a long time to get reply from poloniex support,maybe mentions poloniex on twitter will help you get reply from support
