It already hit $100 or close to it a few month ago.
Monero & Litecoin were around $20-25 and they
had a few really good days. Monero hit $125 though.
Litecoin comes off as an underachiever. Bitcoin Cash
& Ethereum perform like I think litecoin should. At this
Point, I see Vertcoin getting higher.

Litecoin almost dosing level of 100 dollars. Great. And it's not due to some sort of super online. Now just come to the market for a wholesale investor. Investing in projects has already been proved.

Now Litecoin is at $89.24. It had hike of $4.82 in last 24 hours. It's almost close to $100. If you go by the ratio,  Litecoin would reach $100 in three days. I assume Litecoin's value would be $120 plus at the end of December 2017. The value is in peak since a week or two if you look at the chart in coinmarketcap.com. good growth.

what is the purpose of LTC? i really has no purpose except for being the "silver" to BTC..... And now the new silver for BTC is BCH or BTG... each BTC fork diminishes the value of any LTC in my opinion.

I feel like everyone with ltc is waiting for Btc to get hacked or have a big drop in value

Since LTC price is very much dependant on BTC, your argument doesn't make a lot of sense

What makes you sure about this?any good news about the development of Litecoin or just your wild predictions?
Litecoin prices increased in recent days but I did not find any good news about Litecoin maybe i miss something about Litecoin

Well, its really a wonderful insight that all Altcoins are going up day by day.It's like Rising Stars.

I still surprise I didn't take any action 5 years back in order to be successful today.

Eth isn't a virtual currency and it will drop in the future once its use becomes obsolete Lite is second to bitcoin IMO
