What are the chances and implications if a hard fork happens to bitcoin once it passes $10k per share?

Also, is there a whisper about a mysterious contract pertaining to bitcoin once it hits $10k per share which automatically creates a fork?

Never heard of such thing.

According to this article: https://themerkle.com/what-is-bitcoin-diamond/
The author makes a case for ‘bitcoin diamond’ being a -soft fork- mentioning a supply 10 times larger than original bitcoin, a mark of an altcoin, among other notices.
