Hmm, It will never possible, Bitcoin price is currently $10,000 so you want one percent to be this price? Do you think the Bitcoin price will be growing forever like this in future?

Bitcoin price may reach somewhere around $15k and it may fall down to $5k, but no one knows how long the price will be stable.
