Do you know something to take for sleeping for sure ? ,a thing that we  can take everyday for life

Other then obvious sleeping pills, I believe that some people take weed to treat insomnia as well, as a natural medicine. It could be tricky if it is illegal in your country tho.

Low stress rate, that'll make you sleep like a baby. For sure.
Work on your stress level and you'll be fine. Don't take everything close to your heart.

Try 4-7-8 Exercise:
Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose to a mental count of 4.
Hold your breath for a count of 7.
Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound to a count of 8.
This is one breath. Now inhale again and repeat the cycle three more times for a total of four breaths.

This is based on pranayama, an ancient Indian practice that means “regulation of breath.” The exercise is described by Weil as “a natural tranquilizer for the nervous system” that eases the body into a state of calmness and relaxation.
