Each property listing will require a set of documents that will be verified before listing. These documents may include but not limited to the following: Copy of Mortgage, Copy of Deed or Title, Title Report, Property Tax Information (recent statement), Property Insurance Information, and/or Any Lease Agreements for properties with tenets.

Upon a completed purchase of property with Pangaea Coin, the buyer and seller will both receive a certificate of sale showing proof of complete purchase that will be verifiable on the blockchain with the new owners information including the previous seller and all relative property information. At anytime anyone with the certificate number will be able to verify and confirm the transaction or purchase of said property. These smart contracts can be used in a court setting if required to do so.

Note: Our ICO sale will be limited to only 1,000,000 coins per day. Each user will be allowed to purchase 100,000 per day. We would like the ICO to be fair and ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to receive Pangaea Coins (PGA).
