What a dumb question! Of course, everybody deserves education even if you are special or not. Don't belittle special children's, because in this world, they are the one who are less sinners than everyone of us. They still have to learn what normal people do, so please let's don't prohibit them to become a normal person like us. Mostly, some special children's hated themselves because some ordinary people laugh's at them, make fun of them, etc. And no one actually knows how much it feel to be in that kind of situation. And for me, education can help them forget every painful words of others, because special children's love's education more than normal people do.

Of course they deserve to be educated. Don't put limitation to them just because they are special. Don't underestimate special children because some of them were literally genius.

For gifted children, these social and emotional needs can not be obtained. Because of its scarcity and characteristics, a gifted child will look strange in his social group. This is actually the challenge of a true gifted child. The child must be well received by other children. Differences possessed gifted child can already be detected since the baby, as can walk or speak earlier. The development of gifted children is more than 30 percent of his age. Gifted children often get through learning difficulties faster than their peers.
Often parents are confused about how to behave. Usually gifted parent children are advised to ignore the normal age table of the child and let the child develop according to the tempo of development. What the hell? Of course dude. Theirs though are special cases that that need specific attention. Hence we have special education. These kids are oftentimes gifted in some other aspects and they need to be educated maximizing those special talents

Yes, special children need a special education, or they will get frustrated to the point their their talents get spoiled. The also would probably be mistreated by other children.

Special education today is still focused on helping children with disabilities learn. But this no longer has to mean placing kids in a special classroom all day long.
