Is Facebook good or bad for the new generation?

If a young guy is educated enough and has many interests, he or she will not hang out in social nets. I find Facebook good for sending short messages online when I need it.

in some person who do not know how to use it properly it result bad. like for example they used it to fool other people. they used it also to destroy ones good image. they are the person who are immature and has no discipline in their self. But some new generation, or good thing to say many of the used it earn money, and starting a small business and making some sidelines to earn money to help and support their family and their personal needs.

To me, the media are both beneficial and harmful. Good or bad depends on who uses it and uses it and how they use it.

Facebook connects people who have lost their contacts long before, helps building friendship , helps in relationship . Helps in education also as has some educating pages, advertises, shows our characters to others. Helps us understand our friends , even connects to people living abroad describes others self . It's up 2 us that whatever we want we can share. We can comment which we won't be able to say in open, like others posts . Can share if interesting

I think the advantage is Faster adaptability
The rapid development of technology and information forces the young generation today to quickly adapt to new situations. This is very different from the older generation whose development is slower .

I don't think many realize this but Social Media and the Internet in general can be an extremely beneficial and harmful at the same time.
The problem exists today because not everyone can accept change at the same time, younger ones however has the capacity to better adapt to whatever is in the current norm.
It is us adults who are stressing too much about it, because it is unlike anything we had in the past, hence we conclude it is a problem.

The mass adaptation of every human in the planet regarding the Social Media until now is still in it's "early stage". A time will come when all will be sorted out and an adequate amount of regulation shall be implemented.
The government have little control of the things in the internet, that's why progress is slow.

I think something in the world has always had two different sides of good and evil, as well as Facebook. Among the positive side for future generations is the easy access of information and communication. And among the negative side is the appearance of the nature of public want to be praised and get public attention so they tend not to be themselves and what they are.

Social media I believe is created in order to do good to people. It is meant to simplify connection with other people. Social media in nature is neutral and it is how the people that use it makes social media a toxic one.
