At the payout rates page i see the cpm for desktop is $2 and mobile/tablet is $1.
Maybe this is the reason it show $1.75 as the average cpm?
I am not sure only admin can justify.

Yes for desktop (2$) & mobile/tablet (1$).
If you send both traffic then CPM calculated for both, so CPM little bit low as you seen in payout rates.

Reach the min threshold or wait until we resume faucethub payouts.
If unconfirmed transactions will decrease in blockchain then we'll decrease it to 5$ from 10$.
If you we are spammers then why i send your withdraw amount?
Our URL shortener maybe new but we are running trused faucets from one year.
