Avalon .xls BOM list ?

Does anybody has the full avalon  BOM list? Or where i can find it in the forum.... it would be nice if it was Excel format....

If you get any further and figure out actual part numbers for the components, I would appreciate the help cos this is as far as I got

The download is not working do you have it stored anywhere else that we can download it? Trial and error on the part numbers is pretty expensive tedious work.
