You guys ALREADY had your launch in March and stopped it with barely a week in because
the market was "down" and Viola stated they didn't get enough funding because of that.
Well guess what? Eth was around 550$ back in March and Eth at this time is $520 which is
even less than what it was back then! Bitcoin was around $7500 in March and is now at $6300!
Are you guys going to make more excuses and scam people out of more money? You guys
shut down your token sale first without even consulting the community and then did your
stated "AMA".

Your Reddit and Bitcointalk posts/subscribers show how little people actually believe in the project. You buy your telegram users and steal our money. This is why you guys constantly spam your own channels with nonsense to try to show that there's activity.

Looks like no response from Viola.  I checked out the video and you're absolutely right.  The markets are even worse now then they were before.  Who's to say that they won't just take your money and run away with it?  

I did some further research from your post and found out that they have it in writing that they can take your money and you can't get a refund.  Even with that, they state they can change ANYTHING in their agreement without even notifying their buyers!.

6. Refunds

Viola is a bunch of BS artists.  They didn't respond to the other poster's concern about their agreement stating that they can CHANGE WHATEVER they want in the agreement without notice and no refunds whatsoever.  Now they're trying to bury the critical posts of their SCAM ICO by spamming their own channel.

Can we have a moderator take down this scam ICO thread?  Everyone needs to stay away from scam artists.

With similar writing style, it is likely that you are creating multiple accounts so as to make anonymous accusations and unfriendly remarks at us. If you are a contributor who is unable to get a refund from us just because we had raised money and ought to refund to you when you demand to, we are sorry that we were unable to satisfy your request. However, this manner of throwing anonymous accusations on the eve of our Public Sale is very uncalled for.

No-refund policy is common among not just for ICO but also many businesses. While users have the duty to read the terms of service, we do notify users of the changes in our policy in May and these terms and conditions are accessible on the website easily. Just like all the other services we use in our daily lives, it is our duty to read and understand the terms and conditions.
