In France there is a police service dedicated to handling scam sites :

Just signal it at https://www.internet-signalement.gouv.fr/PortailWeb/planets/Accueil!input.action under « escroquerie ».

This should avoid other peoples across the world getting caught. While, this doesn’t wear the value of a complaint, I can’t do it for you because you need to be concerned by the scam in order to signal it.

Signal it to the French authorities wont do a damn thing mate, people should do their home works before depositing cryptocurrencies on random

Exchanges, at least allow 2-3 months for a new exchange to work, if you see there is no advertising for them in this forum, they are probably poor

Or wouldn't want to give anyone any money, when you see that just don't use them, established or not, they can fuck people @ any time.
