Hey guys I know I've been really curious about the 1070 TI's and I think they're a absolute hit with some of the algos such as Equihash which is my personal favorite.

Here's a couple threads I've made recently on the 1070 TI's
4.7 sols per watt 1070 TI https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2377787
Zotac 1070 TI Mini / trio build https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2413510

In this video I cover how to build a 6x 1070 TI mining rig and basically why I'm a big fan of it!

https://youtu.be/QBmZG4pnr6A

Ultimately I think these cards rock (esp. for mining ZenCash) - Unfortunately smOS doesn't have DSTM miner in it. . yet so they are not running at max efficiency until then but still very effective with these settings (credit to QuintLeo)

I only use SC versions so I don't use PCI splitters and always use 6+ vga connection power supplies.  Like EVGA 1300 or 1600 (has 9)  I have 84 1070Ti inbound for tomorrow WOOT.

I'm old school, I dont like server power supplies but I get it.  It's just not my preference.

I'll post a pic of my builds soon.  Also just finished making a custom 7 card rack mountable case.  (Had it designed then produced in China)

I have about 120 of the panda like miners and 80 of my frame build (like what you bought) but I made myself.  I will be converting all my 6 cards to 7 cards though for space use and all will be racks when I am done.

Here's a pic of my rack case with 1600 EVGA T2 and 7 x 1080 Ti  Tongue = 4900-5000 SOL

That's a cool design 4U case. Are you selling these custom made Racks?

Just wondering how were you able to get hold of those 84 1070Ti cards?

Excellent video. Got me hooked watching and learning a little bit more each day as I start to expand my rig beyond 4 cards. Thanks for putting these together and love all the pool comparisons and equipment reviews that you did. Have you done flypool for ZEC?  I didn’t see it on first glance but going to watch some more tonight and look for that one specifically if it exists.

ah that looks awesome man. . can I have your connection?! Did you get them at a reduced price point as well?

Any advice on creating / sourcing a custom rack like that from china?

Thanks brother and that's awesome haha glad I could help and thanks for sticking around and checking out some of my other content

In my initial tests (didn't do a video on them) I found flypool to be the pretty clear winner so when I do mine zec, I mine it on fly but I think I'm overdue for a pool showdown on ZEC!

I can't seem to get over 460-470 sols on my 1070ti. Currently only running one of my 3 while I wait for my bigger PSU to get in to power them. I'm using the dstm-v0.5.6 on SMOS. Tried most of the settings I've seen here plus and minus most of them. Everything sticks around the 465 range. Any suggestions?

EDIT: Mining ZEN on suprnova pool.
