The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

It's common for electrum and other wallets to get flagged by AV's, There's nothing to worry about as it's most likely a false positive. As long as you downloaded from the correct site which is this: https://electrum.org/#download and you can verify the file/s then you're safe.
