That can't be used as collateral.  You would get the btc then use the code.

what you are doing is unfair on the users by giving them negative feedback and you are abusing the trust system

Actually on second thought, the warning signs are way too apparent here to ignore. I'd rather have a butt hurt newbie than someone losing their money.
