Are you asking about Blockchain.info? I know that Blockchain itself doesn't ask for your identity.

You should definitely not store your bitcoins on an online wallet. As then they are not really your bitcoins, but a promise of those bitcoins, which is just a bank.
You should run your own software wallet. If you don't want to run a full node which takes about 150 GB, you can run a simple open source light wallet, such as Electrum.

You can't. Electrum is just a wallet, not an exchange. Hardware wallet is a good choice as well, so you don't need to bother then with a software wallet.
You can use a decentralized exchange like Bisq. You don't need no verification there.

Blockchain never asked for ID verification to anyone as long as i know. I have been using blockchain's wallet from the time i started using Bitcoin and i never had to provide any personal information in order to use their services. You should be sure if you are at the correct site and it is not a phishing site which is trying to steal your money.
And, i have been keeping my Bitcoins to blockchain from a long time and never had any problems until now. Though i'm not sure about the buying thing of theirs but there must be no issues in storing your Bitcoins there as long as they are of too much value. Using a desktop wallet is way better though.

Is bisq also an exchange? I've never heard of it but I know bitstamp. If thats the case then yes it's just an easy process, once you've bought your coins to them you can withdraw them to your electrum wallet. When you issue a withdrawal, they will ask for an address where they will send your coins, Just make sure that the address you entered is correct and belongs to your electrum wallet.

Electrum is a good choice to store bitcoins, this is what others are using too including me. Never heard about bisq but with bitstamp, you can buy bitcoins there and just send it to your electrum wallet.

And it is a very easy thing to do like you will just buy and send. And for your info we've got a section here that is all about electrum.

It's an exchange but you have to install their app before you can buy and sell bitcoins.

Blockchain don't ask for any kind of personal information. OP might have clicked a link that is sponsored by blockchain and got redirected to another website.

Blockchain.info doesn't require anyone to verify his account through ID. There's no need of doing it. If you want to buy bitcoin use coinbase but I don't recommend you to store bitcoins there, you can use electrum, bitcore, greenaddress. You can also use localbitcoins for buying.

After you purchase your bitcoins from an exchange then you just need to withdraw those coins to your electrum wallet. It is very simple but you need to pay a small transaction fee to withdraw or send those coins to you electrum address.

You need to be very careful to use your correct address to withdraw your coins because if you send to wrong address then you can't get back those coins. Since you're a new first send a small amount to your electrum address and see how it works then you can send bigger amounts.
