You could start by checking the official website of Oxycoin and then read their white paper. Generally, the price of coins is given in the white paper for investors to read. Yes, it's a really difficult for a user to collect price of a token on different phases of its ICO, it comes handy when buying and selling the coin in secondary market. The website and blog of the token may be the first place to look for it and announcement and speculation thread in the forum are second.

All projects have a website. And there you can find the price at which you can buy. Option 2, which I use often - telegram channel of project. There you will get quick answer to any question that interests you. Telegram channels also have consistent projects, and you can find them on official website or in their thread on the forum
