Have both cards installed,Windows sees them fine but I cannot select second card in guiminer? Any suggestions?

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

i would suggest not running them, it is not worth it.
but if you are doing it for fun, go ahead.

Don't forget the hardware list here https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison#AMD_%28ATI%29

and try GPU-Z and make sure OPEN CL support is checked off.
