We need more new POW coins.

All these "airdrop not mine able tokens" and "not mine able ICO coins/tokens" make me sick. I want to mine something new!

The recent Minexcoin was a good example! Made me shitloads of cash!

Bring back the golden "active mining" gpu days of 2013/2014!

Only mining ETH and Zcash for months is boring as hell!

We need 1 or more new coins per day and we need exchanges that list everything again. Crypto in 2013 was so great. I was actively mining for 16 hours per day, 7 days per week.

I had sleepless nights, waiting for failed coin launches and failed relaunches. But it was so great! The adrenaline! The ninja coins like doge that made a killing if you were there within the first 5 minutes of a launch.

I miss this wild west casino so much.

also were gonna see L O T S of new coins in 2018 imho. as of now were still not at the 3% adoption level of crypto worldwide. once the 3% breaks it will speed up and we will reach 10% adoption way way more quickly than it took from 0-3%. and then when we hit 10% its gonna really explode (about in 2019)

It was fun wasn't it. I didn't have a farm just one GPU but I still made money by being sneaky. I mined a coin by myself one summer, I was the only 1 MH on it the whole time just before the first halving. Then I dumped it all a year later when it pumped. Easy 2 btc.

Well, there is BTG, new to the top 5. 

Seems like there is a move to get away from mining, though ... perhaps the popular coins are getting too centralized or the energy use is becoming an issue.
