I read the proposal of biometrids ICO i write my investigtaion result in below (From my point of view)
1- idea: Facial recognition conflicts with Blockacin's goals (poor: 2.5 from 5)
blockchain is developed to protect of human data. but when some one try to use blockchain in biometrids, the risk of Privacy is decreased to minimum
2- team: : team has not efficiency CV. (poor: 2.5 from 5)
you can search the team member and their facebook and other social networks. you can see theire flower is in minimum.
3- poorly welcomed: (very poor: 1 of 5)
The project is very poorly welcomed. please check their Social networks follower telgram group and so. ..
4- Promotional Team: (very poor: 1 pf 5)
the promotial team try to attract some follower but they could not do it. (very poor)
5- realiblity:
I will say about this some times later.
6-Alexa rank: (very poor: 0.1 of 5)
if you check their rank in alexa you can see the status of that (very poor)

Hello, i can see you have investigated our ICO, and i we are really glad that you did! This gives us the chance to explain who we actually are
I will start from the top
1: The face recognition as you know it is again the blockchain technology if you store picture of people in the chain. This is not what we are doing. We will be taking a picture of the person, and store it in a string that only our system can decode. Using nodal point to do so, when the face is scanned. this will allow us to generate numbers that represents the face. (so called nodal point.)
2: What do you mean with very poor social media accounts?

He never used it, and decided not to open an account before after the ICO, due to the looks of it with a brand new account.
3: We cant explain why people have poorly welcomed us.
4: It is very rough marked today, to attract people. We have failed by being to fast from announcement to running PRE-ICO. We should have had more time to let people get to know us. I t is pretty hard to undo things.

6: Our site isn't very old. So of cause the alexa rank is low.
