Targeting people with coinbase accounts, maybe hoping to get some people who will use the same passwords that they sign up with on your site. I think you are going wrong way . I am dead sure it is something about "affiliate system" in which the owner will get paid by coinbase . I had used coinbase once and have left it due to their high fees . I will give this website a shot as its design looks great .

May very well be. But i dont see how he could make any kind of coinbase affiliate money for customers who already have and use a coinbase wallet. Like i said it just seems odd to me so i felt the need to point it out.

Both of you are on the wrong way, OP is asking for Coinbase email because internal transfer between Coinbase accounts via email is free of fees.
Sending small amount like 0.00005 BTC isn't possible if send via Blockchain transaction using BTC addresses.

As another user mentioned, the only reason to use Coinbase emails are to be able to send small amounts of Bitcoin without any transaction fees. Otherwise paying $3-$5 dollars to send 5000 Satoshi doesn't make sense and isn't sustainable. The advertisers pay us for bringing views and interactions to their ads and we pay our members for participating with the offers.  I hope that clears things up and if you have any further questions please let me know and I will be glad to help!
