Freelancers are not paid in full on any of the existing Fiat job marketplace platforms. Freelancers are at the mercy of the owners of the Fiat platform companies. They have no other option but to use the platform. Boon coin is not pegged to USD. We peg boon dollars to USD so we don't have any fluctuations in the platform.

None of the platform or none of the projects in this space allows the depreciation of any coins. But in real world coins go up and down. Especially in our platform a project might take weeks and months. So we have to address that. So whenever someone deposits funds in our platform we convert that into Boon Dollars which is pegged to USD. When they take out the money its converted back into any currency they wish. So there is no fluctuation.
