We have a hardcap of 6000 USD per person, which means our coin investors cant dump Boon Coins because no one will hold more than 6000 worth of boon coins at a time.

We can use many other coins in the platform, not just Boon Coin. Anyone can convert any alt coin to ethereum and use it in the platform. we are not dependent on just Boon coins to increase the revenue.

When someone use ethereum in the platform to hire someone, we immediately convert that into Boon dollars. In order to convert ethereum into Boon dollars, its converted into Boon coins and then to Boon dollars.
So always there is demand for boon coins if anyone does an activity in the Boon Tech platform.

Basically Boon coin is only one currency used in the platform. But we need boon coin for hedging.

Revenue sharing : Yes we share revenue for the platform users. All high earners and high spenders get rewards of our market share every year. We allocate 10% of our coins just for this purpose.

Upwork and Fiverr are our competitors. These two companies have a combined revenue of 1.3 Billion dollars a year. Both of these companies charge a 20% service fee for every transaction between employers and freelancers. Upwork.com charges another $2.00 for each bid after an initial 60 bids allocation per month. while Boon Tech Platform allows users to use it for free. There are no competitors that use blockchain technology with a combination of reward system, which makes Boon Tech platform more affordable and enticing for investors as well as users.

Boon Dollars (BD) was designed as an attempt to bring stability to the world of cryptocurrency, and to the individuals who use the Boon Tech network.  Once BOON has been purchased it should be converted into Boon Dollars (BD) to mitigate the impact of dilution over the longterm.

I wouldn't say this is a scam but I see no incentives for why someone would actually use this over any other site. Your stuck with the chicken and egg problem and no reason for anyone to actually switch.

The reason these sites work so well is they use the fee to keep a minimum standard level on the sites. Just because your site is free doesn't mean anything. In fact it will probably attract a low level quality of users.

I know it's chances are questionable. But at broader sense the online world is gathering in the ICO world as well as. Bitcoin and all other crypto currencies are spreading it's uses at all over the world, which wasn't availably happened months ago when blocklancer came up. I Hope Boon coin gets the success. It's a better project and has a brighter future!
