We'll see the rise of decentralized exchanges in 2018. That would be the best thing technologically for crypto next year.
We'll also be seeing regulation (acceptance) of cryptocurrency by multiple countries in the coming year.

The importance of this technology seems very interesting because Atomic swap is one of the core principles of Blockchain technology: decentralization. Once implemented, the Atomic Swap will allow users to exchange two different coins without a third party as in the exchange exchanges.
But next year it seems that people are focusing on the Btc price that is skyrocketing.

Ethereum, it  reaches over 50% from all of the crypto transaction. It gives you a good explanation about the ethereum technology or platform already widely used by a lot of the people right now.
Consider about the transaction in the ethereum network increase more and more. It should be got  a number 1 on the blockchain technology.

Atomic swaps would be great. Moving away from exchanges should be a huge advancement in crypto. I guess the current exchanges will have to focus on fiat/crypto only, if we all start to use decentralized exchanges. I absolutely agree with that. Even decent everything will rise next year. We can catch hope. I believe that I can trade in decentralized exchanges.
